Further to my stretching videos, here are some of the best exercises from physical therapy from my experience in managing sciatic nerve pain and sciatica pain relief that help with spinal decompression and low back pain. I have spent many years getting over a ruptured disc which has lead to me finding the best way to relieve pain and the symptoms from sciatic nerve damage.
