Push Ups and Push Up Challenges with a Medicine ball workout

Here are a range of exercises you can do with a medicine ball.

Firstly don’t spend huge amounts of money on these things, you can get great value for money balls from – I get much of my equipment from here, and it is excellent quality, without being insanely expensive.

1) Rolling Push ups
2) Centered Tricep Presses
3) Weighted Balance Crunches
4) Core-Balance and Shoulder Press
5) Side to Side Obliques Workout
6) Catch!

Do each of these exercises in 5, 10 or 15 reps, and sets of 3,5,8,10 or however many you can do comfortably.

These will massively increase your performance across the board for martial arts.
